Brett Paesel just announced the launch of her site www.mommieswhodrink.net and I encourage every single one of you to check it out, especially authors. It's easy to navigate and has everything an author site should have: fun graphics, great author photos (in this case of Brett pregnant and later with her family), book information and excerpt, blurbs, publicity materials (including possible story angles, a sample interview, and a press release, plenty of publicity contats, and a sense of playfulness. Most of all, it reflects the book and helps give a sense of what she's all about. She already has the fabulous cover with its takeoff on the cover of Goodnight Moon and a killer title, but Brett really went all out and I'm so impressed with her site (and not only cause it links to my "MILFs Gone Wild" column).
